At Zachtheid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable.
- You must initiate the return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like underwear or swimwear unless they are faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 14-day period. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
- Securely pack the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
Inspection & Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement of such items.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund. You can then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
