Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to Zachtheid in the last six (6) months, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.

  • Eligibility for Return: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as undergarments (if applicable) or final sale items clearly marked as such.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at [email protected].
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless defective.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
