We currently offer one reliable shipping option for all our customers:
- Standard Shipping: This is our default and only shipping method. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery times vary based on your destination.
Please note that order processing does not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Timeframes
We ship internationally to most countries. Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping begin after the order processing period (1-3 business days) and are as follows:
- Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days
- International: 10-25 business days
These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may occasionally be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items. We do not offer free shipping at this time. The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Zachtheid is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.

For international orders, please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to Zachtheid.
